How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of an order being placed. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, you may not see the order switch from processing to fulfilled until the upcoming Monday. 

How long does shipping take?

Golden Child Candles only ships to the U.S. currently. It typically takes 1 to 3 business days to process an order. After an order is scanned in at a post office, it normally takes 2-5 business days to arrive at its destination. Orders delivered to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.

Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

How do I cancel an order?

You can reach out to us on our Contact page and let us know what’s going on. Please remember to put your order number and name in the message. If the order has not been shipped, a refund will be issued. If an order has shipped, we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

How do I exchange or return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and you have not burned or melted any of the products, you can return or exchange a product of equal value. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return shipping costs but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge. Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Golden Child Candles order number or order confirmation email). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.

Can I change my order?

Yes. As long as you contact us before your order has shipped (within 24 hours), you can make changes to your order. Please head over to our Contact page to submit your request and don’t forget to include your first and last name and your order number.
